Re: unauthorized web site
Immediately hire a lawyer and have that attorney file an order to show cause to shut down the website. Sue the owner/registered owner of the site for defamation of character. It can get expensive so keep that in mind when speaking to the lawyer. Many will not take this kind of case on a contingency fee arrangment.

You should discuss this with an attorney to determine if the published material is actionable. If so, you can sue the author for defamation and possibly the website publisher, the latter, if not for damages, then to enjoin further publication of the defamatory material.
