did i violate a stay away order of protection by contacting the victums boss to let him know she is stealing money from him for some time now the victum being ex-girlfriend

You might have violated the order if it instructs you to stay away from her job and/or employer. In addition, she might be able to sue you in civil court for contacting her employer if the information was false or you don't have sufficient information to support your theft claim.
