Can my wages be garnish from a 2002 credit card debit . I live in New York.

If there is an outstanding judgment against you -meaning, they sued you in court and got a judgment- it is enforceable for 20 years. If they did not file suit against you and it has been more than 6 years since you last paid, then you could be a statue of limitations defense -meaning, it is too late for them to file suit.
