Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
if a women and man live together for 14 years and out of the 14 years 8 of those years they paid on a home together her paying her half of the rent and just befor the trailer is paid in full including taxes,he decides he wants someone else.the women leaves there is she entitled to half the monies she paid over the 8 years

She gets nothing unless there is proof that she has an interest in the trailer (e.g. a written promise . . . a letter . . . a note . . . a voice recording) then she may have a contract claim.
