i just got hires as a manager the manager above be keeps making remarks about my italian background calling me a guinie and another emploee suggested to my manager that he should fire me because he said i do drugs what should I do i am miserable at this job but i do not want to quit

This case sounds ripe for a severance settlement. Discrimination is illegal and it sounds pervasive in your workplace.
