Legal Question in Technology Law in New York
two cellphones were ordered under my account. the two phones were not requested by me, nor any other holders in the account. the two phones were sent to brooklyn, ny where i do not reside. one phone was signed for by someone using my first & last name. the second phone, was canceled by myself, before it can get to the delivery adress. after, i checked my account and found that there was text/internet ussage repeately under one specific number (my own). the other 2 phones in the account were not touched. this is slowly escalating and help is very much needed. what actions should i take, and who should i talk too? thank you very much
