Changing a Screen Saver a Crime?

My ex-boss says he's going to have me thrown in jail for changing the screen saver on one of the computers. It wasn't porn or anything creepy, just a Battlestar Galactica screensaver, but he's rich, greedy, and mean, and I'm poor, so I know he can have me locked up for a good long time. My question is, what crime will I be charged with, and will it be a felony?

I doubt it is a crime. Why do you continue to work for this kind of a jerk? Unless you messed up the computer or somehow did harm to a system, and that you intended that harm, it is not a crime, much less a felony.
