Legal Question in Technology Law in New York
client not paying up
I provide computer consulting services, and one of my ex-clients is
not paying for some of the hours that I worked for him, totaling
about $10k. Is there anything I can do to make the company pay
for the services I have provided?
Any help would be appreciated.

As Mr. Browde says in his reply, you can sue. You indicate you are in NY. Depending on what city and where the deadbeat is you may sue here in NY or in the jurisdiction where the deadbeat is.
