Legal Question in Technology Law in New York

copyright of retail windows

I intend to post photo images taken by me on my web site as information to my clients on what is contant in store windows.

Is there any low that forbids publishing photos of retailors? Are windows subject to copyright low?

You might want to concentrate more on Trademark law than Copyright.

You shouldn't have a problem with this if you avoid including people in the images and include what and when you photographed.
