There is no one "correct" disclaimer language, etc. It is a matter of drafting all appropriate language consonent with existing laws and your own policy.

In my experience, it is typically a good use of money to retain a lawyer to handle these types of issues upfront (before any problems arise), since it will be a permanent item on your site. In other words, you pay for it once but are able to utilize the fruits of that labor repeatedly.
