Creating a website for an excisting Plaza

Hello,

I'm interested in creating a website for 8 stores at a small strip Plaza that is reletively new. The Plaza has a name and the builder that ownes it leases out to each store. Some stores already have a website but our idea is to have one website built under the Plaza ''name''. I have already purchaesd a Domain Name. My questions is, do I need to contact the builder and get permission in writing to use the Plaza ''name''? The builder I do not belive is providing anything to the owners except leasing the square footage out. When I went to the builders website I do not see anything with a TM on it nor does he have any lititure or logo that I'm aware of. The domain name matches the plazas name. One of the stores is a franchise and some of the other stores already have a website but but could benefit under one umbrella. I could not find a logo on the builders site either. It's a concept to build one cohesive website using the ''name'' of the Plaza along with some ads we may have in the local penny saver with the Plaza name on it. Thank you for any help on this matter or what should my next step be to make sure this is ok to do.

Answer. Yes. You would need to contact the owner to get permission to use the name of the plaza.
