defamation? help

i post pictures of me on a website that are explicit in nature. somebody who doesn't like me are copying them and sending them to my family. and specifically left a dvd with content on it IN FRONT of my parents house, not on the property, but they found it and watched it. anything i can do?

If the pictures are posted on a website that is public domain, I do not think someone's use of the pictures is defamation of character, even if the pictures are mailed to parents or are used to embarrass the individual.
