Legal Question in Technology Law in New York
fraud on the internet
an acoounting firm set up a web site. In the about us link it states the partners of the company, giving names and there credentials....the question, if they are not a partner is it legal or allowed for the accounting firm to put down a person who is not a partner...Isn't that fraud?..what are the legal formalities...concerning this?

Way more information is needed to determine if "fraud" is occuring given the facts you represent. One of my first questions might be "who do you believe is being defrauded?"
