Legal Question in Technology Law in New York
Can i take my husbands neice to court for putting swear words about me on myspace? we have been arguing back and forth and swearing at one another and I have numeraous emails from her saying derogatory things about me and my family and i said the same back to her but the difference is we are all saying and talking about what she writes on myspace and we have been there for her when she lost her kids to cps and almost got arrested and almost killed herself. The resent incident was the last straw - i got 13 emails from her and i answered them back being nasty also. So is there anything legal i can do to stop her from doing this and saying we are say false judgments on her when we were there when all this happend and she is posting it on myspace?
