Promoting illegeal sites
Is it illegal to provide links on websites with illegal content?
I am talking about bit torrent and rapidshare links...
To give an example: in my web site there is a link to a certain movie. When you click on it there are links which point on ''torrent web sites'' (not on .torrent file, but on web site where you can download .torrent file)
On every page where the link is provided, I would add: ''my site is not responsible for content in the provided sites''.

If I were a producer whose content was on the "illegal" sites, I would consider your site contributing to the copyright infringement.
