i have question someone is posting nude pictures of me on the internet i really don't known who post it up.do i have the rights to sue website owner?thank you...sincerly cynthia.B

Under most circumstances the website owner is immune. However, that immunity depends on how the website is run.
In any event, you certainly have a cause of action against the person who is posting the pictures. If you'd like to discuss the situation, please feel free to get in touch.
