taking a picture off the internet
A picture of me taken by a website without consent was posted on a website and was removed by my lawyers help. now that picture is ending up on other websites and the guy that put it on other websites is denying ever doing it. I sent an email telling these websites to remove it but they refuse to take it down. when i send them an email asking for contact info to send them a C&D they will not reply. what do i do?

Re: taking a picture off the internet
They do not have the right to put your image online without your permission; so you can sue them, especially if they are in NY. But a letter from your attorney should get the picture down. Contact me if you wish on this.
