I have domain name for web site.
What is most enexpensive way to do title search and trademark- can i do it myself?

You certainly can attempt to research conflicts and/or file a trademark on your own, however, the number of web entrepeneurs who've tried and failed is high.
The Patent & Trademark Office has special regulations relating to web domain names as trademarks, and making sure your application is properly filed is just part of the service provided by an attorney handling these issues.
