age discrimination for entrance fees

Isn't it considered ''age discriminaion'' when it comess to entrance fees when entering a park, ferry, any event that states that kids under 18 get in for free and people over 55 gets a discount?

Huh?

Age discrimination is a creature of statute regarding employment law. You cannot be fired from your job solely because of your age. Nothing more, nothing less.
