Americans with Disabilities Act

Since July 1998, a county family court forensic examiner had ignored and denied me accommodation based on my disability. As a result Custody was decided and granted to my ex-husband after I was (wrongly) diagnosed with an Axis II diagnosis. I had never had such mental health diagnosis prior to these court proceedings and once I offered the court my documentation of disability another prognosis was made. How would I find legal representation in my area?
