children
Is it possible to find out how many children my spouse has before me? I don not think he is telling me the truth.

Re: children
Dear Reader:
In examining this response, please note that we are not entering into an attorney/client relationship, that this is to be taken as informative, and not as legal advice, that it is always best to speak to a lawyer in your area and/or in the area where the transaction and/or events occurred, and that my answer is necessarily limited by the fact that I have not seen the documentation or had an opportunity to go over the matters with you in detail.
If you don't believe him, it is possible to investigate public records yourself, although these are often disbursed, and usually not organized in a way that is user friendly for this task, and it is possible to hire an investigator to look into his background. Some private records, such as credit reports and bank accounts, may or may not be legally available. Of course, it may be that there are children he does not know about either, and that there are no records that pertain to them, or the records may be in far away countries that don't permit access to them. Sorry, but you may never ultimately know.
As I mentioned before, this is something that you may want to take up with a lawyer of your own selection, either in your state or area or in a place where some of the pertinent events occurred.
