Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New York
Civil Liberty
After clocking out, my employer will not let me leave the building without using a proximity card to exit. The building is not a security risk. I do use the card when entering. I am on my own time when I leave the buiding. I should be aloud to leave without being stopped. We are thinking of filing a class action lawsuit. Will we prevail? (infringement on civil liberty).
