Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New York
being fired
I was fired from my job for a incident with a co worker....I did nothing wrong, yet I was fire..I was never written up nor had a bad review.....What can I do about it?I never given a warning or anything.

You need to provide details for a more definitive answer on whether you have a claim for wrongful discharge or workplace discrimination. If this incident involved any behavior that borders on violence (verbal or physical)on your part -even if it is in response to violence- then your employer may be correct in terminating your employment.
