Interstate transfer for Parolee and Interstate Compact
Can an interstate Parolee be legally denied an interstate transfer to live with his wife when the sending state has requested the transfer and the receiving state has denied it, if the receiving state can't deny by the interstate compact and Parole and Probation Compact Manual what can be done to correct this wrong and make them accept supervision in the receiving state when a parolee meets eligibility requirements? Please help a broken hearted wife.

We're sorry, but no state can be forced to accept any parolee it doesn't want - the interstate compact does not make acceptance of any parolee mandatory.
