What is law?

Should a woman be a judge nowadays in the court?and whether the position of a judge is suit for a woman naturely?

While I generally adhere to the view that there are no stupid questions, when I see questions like this one I have to reconsider my beliefs.

Women are just as well-suited to being judges as men, and there is absolutely no reason why a woman's gender should be relevant at all to her selection as a judge. Many of our country's best and most distinguished judges are women, including Supreme Court justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

There are not nearly as many women as men on the bench in some states, but that situation is changing. In part it is because judges tend to be at least middle-aged when they are appointed, and women only recently began graduating from law school in numbers comparable to men. In part it is also because of bias in the system -- bias which is still present in society, as this question demonstrates.
