Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New York
Can I mention people’s names when leaving negative online reviews of a business? Some people criticize when I do that, but I believe that when I have a bad experience with a particular employee of a company, that the truth must be told. Any such reviews I have left have been truthful.

Not sure of what you're asking. Obviously you've already mentioned peoples' names in negative reviews. What do you mean by "can I?"
