Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New York
In New York (not the city of) is there any law precluding someone from carrying a loaded, concealed pellet gun?
I do not have a concealed carry permit and as I'm moving out of state in about 18 months I don't wish go through the time and monetary expense to do so. I am not in any way a prohibited person and I'm over 21. The only laws I could find pertaining to fire/air guns is NYS Penal Code Section 265.35 but makes no reference to concealed carry. Any help would be appreciated.
