Broken window
neighbor had tree taken down,by tree service went into my picture window service not willing to pay for all the damage done.he just wants to replace the window.their is damage inside house also

First, see if your homeowners insurance will cover the damage. If not, sue the contractor for the damages.

You can put the claim through your own homeowners insurance. They will seek to sue the contractor and your neighbor more than likely.
You can also seek contribution through a law suit directly against the contractor or even the other home owner.
If you are ok with that, then move ahead if not, think twice.
