New Construction and Adjacent Property Owners
I have lived in my house 10 years without water issues. In late fall/early winter the new contractor accross the street dumped tens of thousands of gallons of water into a hole in front of my house. I have since been dealing with flooding issues.

It sounds like you should have acted sooner to sue for damages so get a real estate attorney now.
