Legal Question in Construction Law in New York

I recently filed a complaint against an attorney for misconduct and the committe called and told me that I was correct they will not do anything for against a fellow attorney for a pro se litigant. saying they were closing my case What should I do? and who are the watch dogs for the greivance committee? Competent pro se litigant.

I have yet to meet a competent pro se litigant; I got a $75,000 sanction against one last year. I'm sure the committee will tell you how to appeal their decision, if that is possible.
