Legal Question in Construction Law in New York
I was a field superintendant in Upstate N.Y..I quit on 03-03-11,and my employer refuses to give me my last paycheck until i grant him a "closing interview" and i refuse to,due to the fact that he just belittles you repeatedly!! What are my rights?
