Legal Question in Construction Law in New York
I am having a house built after a fire and the contractor refuses to give me a key during the construction phase, is this legal? My contractor has a huge communication problem and seems to never answer my phone calls or emails making it impossible for me to inspect his work. I also had to take out an additional insurance policy to cover the construction of the home.
