Legal Question in Construction Law in New York
Each morning before driving up to our point on the bridge we must check in our ID's with the TBTA. A engineer from the Liro Group skipped the check-in with a subcontractor and snuck in behind our line of vehichles while we were driving up the bridge. The subcontractor slammed into us causing injuries. Can the engineer be held liable as well as the subcontractor?
