Picture License
Does a salesman for a construction company have to have a picture license? If he states he got his sales license in 2004 does it expire and he has to renew it?

Your question can easily be answered by the folks over at Nassau County Consumer affairs. Give them a call. These laws are county specific and not all of them are the same.
