Legal Question in Construction Law in New York
property damage
i work for a company and they are bring in a crane that will rest on the driveway. of course we are taking the proper percautions. but is there a release to aviod any legal action being taken against us

It is called a general release, which can be modied to give a release to all damage that the crane causes to the driveway and the surrounding areas.
