Legal Question in Construction Law in New York

Signed a contract for a solar installation. Had issues and was emailed a copy of my contract without the last two pages. Upon further investigation, I was emailed contract and it was not my signature. What do I do?

Dear Puzzled: In almost every state in the U.S., the basic law provides: ":No signature, no contract". Additionally, If it's not your signature, or a forgery, you are also (still) not bound by the contract.

I am an Attorney, but not admitted in the State of NY. My recommendation: Seek, retain and listen to the advice of an experienced Attorney, ASAP.
