Legal Question in Construction Law in New York
A subway is adding a new tunnel and a construction company is building a new highrise. The building begins to sink in the ground. What is the case law for something like this?

Eminent Domain. Look it up. The City can do what it wants. But if it effects the value of your property or you have to move it must give "reasonable compensation."
