Being Sued by a Inground Pool Contractor

We are counter-suing our pool contractor because he walked off

the job. EBT's are set but his attorney and the contractor want to come onto my property to inspect the pool. I DO NOT want the contractor back on my property.

I will allow his attorney to come.

Do have have to allow the contractor to come? What are my rights?

You would have to allow the contractor onto the property to inspect the pool. That inspection, photographs, etc. is part of the discovery process under the CPLR.
