Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
My auto lease is expiring and the lease contract has a buy out option clause in the contract. I have made all my lease payments via credit card but when I attempted to buy put the automobile with a credit card I was told we do not accept credit cards for these types of transactions. is that legal?

Check the contract. It probably states how you can pay for the car
