Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
A band markets a tour to the public as fans last chance to see all original members together one last time. On the night of the concert one original member is not performing but no one informs the crowd to after the show begins. No chance is offered to leave with a refund. How does a fan go about being refunded for a falsely advertised concert?
