Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I when through a bankruptcy that was discharged 3/2013
I have a creditor that still pulls my credit report about every 60-days (post bankruptcy). Creditor was discharged in bankruptcy. I owe creditor $0.
The pulls appear as "AR" or account review on my report.
Does this creditor still have the right to view my credit report?

No. You can sue him for a FCRA violation.
