Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Hi, I have booked a hotel room at New York City, and the company is governed by Spanish Law. The originally confirmed and charged me for $69 per night. However, one day after they charged me for $159 per night due to the error of their online booking system. Is there any law that can protect consumer regarding to online payment and guarantee the price that I paid for the hotel without additional charge?
