Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I bought a new car and found out later (I have proof) that the car was actually used. What recourse do I have.

Assuming you purchased the vehicle from a car dealer, you may have various causes of action under New York and federal law for breach of warranty and deceptive business practices. You may also have the right to reject the car or revoke acceptance of the car.
