The answer to your question requires a thorough review of your contract, whether written or oral and the terms of sale and any advertising or claims made in the seller's advertisements either in circulars, newspapers or on the web. The age and mileage as well as the purchase price of the vehicle is also relevant. You need an attorney to review the foregoing if you are serious in proceeding with your claim.
