Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
i bought a car in september of 2010 and it has so many problems. the car was taken back more than 5 times to be fixed under warranty but i kept having the same problems. they won't fix it now and the cost to fix it is over 1000.00. can i just give this back to them without penalty?
