Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
I bought a diamond engagement which came with a UGL Appraisal Certificate back in 2007 from a jeweler in nyc for $ 10,000. The ring lost a side stone, and when I brought it to be looked at I was told it is a Doctored diamond.... and did not match the report which came with it.. Do I have any options available?

You should be contacting the police. You may also have a lawsuit based on fraud.
