Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
bought home that turned into money pit
i recently purchased a home in oct 2006. I had the home inspected by a professional inspector who discovered minor issues that were not supposed to be costly. Instead this house has become a nightmare since the second day we moved in. Every other week there is a major issue that is in need of full replacement or repair. I dont understand how the inspector did not pick up these issues. Can i sue someone for the aggravation and expenses this has incurred while living here

Yes you should sue the inspector. If he was recommended by your agent then sue them too.
Good Luck.
