Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
bought a new snowmobile on 12/15/2010, delivered that evening. found out this morning that the consulting company i do work for is letting me go. I can not afford it, can i rescind the contract ? is there a buyers remorse law that this would fall under in the state of ny? thank you.

Q. can i rescind the contract ?
A. No. However, you can always ask and if the seller agrees you may rescind the contract on consent.
Q. is there a buyers remorse law that this would fall under in the state of ny?
A. For this, no.
