Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
We bought a truck from a used car dealership. it has bad heads. we had a 30 day warranty on the truck where we brought them the vehicle more than once to no avail. now the truck is a paper weight. we cant afford to fix it seeing as were making $400 a month payments on it! what can we do?

Sounds like you need an attorney to go over the lease or purchase agreement and provide you with competent legal opinion regarding your options; you may be able to return the truck or fix it and charge the dealership.
