Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
My car broke down two weeks after purchasing. I had to pay 250 to get it towed to the dealer and 275 to take a cab home. Is there anyway to make the car dealer reimburse my money.

Review your contract of sale; usually the dealer sells the car "as is" unless it is certified. Is your certified?
